Duties

• Assist in real estate transactions, M&A, and commercial finance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis related to real estate and finance transactions
• Work closely with clients to address transactional and legal needs
• Support senior attorneys in various stages of transaction processes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, specializing in Real Estate, M&A, or Commercial Finance
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Mexico

• Proficient in transactional drafting and legal document review
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
