A law firm located in Dunedin, FL, is currently seeking a mid-level attorney with experience across real estate and corporate transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on property transfers, entity formation, and contract negotiation, while working within a dynamic environment that supports professional growth. Duties:

• Prepare and review agreements for the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate

• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey analysis

• Manage and execute real estate closings

• Analyze and negotiate loan documents related to real estate transactions

• Draft and evaluate formation documents for business entities (e.g., LLCs, corporations)

• Guide operating agreements and ownership structures

• (Preferred) Draft and review corporate contracts for business operations

• (Preferred) Support the legal aspects of merger and acquisition transactions

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or corporate transactional law

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Effective communicator, capable of client-facing responsibilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership in good standing

Skills:

• Proficient in legal drafting and document review

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

• Familiarity with title review, loan documentation, and entity structuring

• Capable of working both independently and within a team
