Citi Global Wealth Chief Administrative Office: Risk & Controls – Issue Management Lead (NAM Consumer Wealth) – Sr. Vice President
Duties: Drive proactive and timely identification, management, and oversight of issues across NAM Consumer Wealth in line with firm requirements. This will include identifying thematic root causes underlying issues and facilitating the effective remediation of control gaps. Manage a team of issue managers, stepping in to resolve roadblocks and facilitate solutioning with senior stakeholders. Design and implement issue management reporting for NAM Consumer Wealth senior leadership to identify trends, emerging risks, and actionable items in the risk and controls environment. Development and production of key risk indicators and metrics to help NAM Consumer Wealth operate within its defined risk appetite. Collaborate with Personal Banking Wealth Management (PBWM) colleagues to identify and adopt best practices for issue management. Liaise within the organization to ensure connectivity with enterprise-wide issue management efforts to enhance safety and soundness. Development of strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proactive engagement with control functions to ensure understanding of the CGW governance program. Focus on continuous control improvements across all areas to ensure continued improvement of the control framework in an efficient, cost effective, streamlined, and value-add manner.
