A law firm in Miami is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to work closely with partners representing a diverse clientele in complex business disputes. The candidate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, attend hearings, and work collaboratively with partners in a fast-paced environment. Top academic credentials, excellent research skills, persuasive writing abilities, and membership in the Florida Bar are required. Federal Clerkship experience is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Work closely with partners to represent a variety of clients in diverse and complex business disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Handle depositions and attend hearings.
• Collaborate with several partners in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain organization and diligence in managing caseloads.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the Florida Bar.
• 2-4 years of experience in business litigation.
• Top academic credentials.
• Excellent research skills.
• Persuasive writing abilities.
• Federal Clerkship experience (preferred).
