Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in bankruptcy, insolvency, or related litigation.
• Ability to handle complex financial and legal issues.
• Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in both litigation and transactional aspects of restructuring matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Florida.
