• Negotiate settlements and plea deals with prosecutors.
• Maintain client communication, providing updates on case status and legal options.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in criminal law and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff as needed to provide comprehensive defense strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in criminal defense, with a strong focus on misdemeanor and felony cases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical legal practices.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active Bar license in the state of Arizona is required.
