A law firm in New York City is seeking a qualified Mid-level Commercial Litigation And Dispute Resolution Associate Attorney with stellar academic credentials and significant experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at a major law firm, and admission to the NY or DC Bar is preferred.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial law issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NY or DC Bar is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York or District of Columbia Bar (preferred).
