Job Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on various employment law matters.
• Draft and review employee handbooks, policies, and related documents.
• Assist clients with wage and hours compliance issues.
• Offer guidance to employers on hiring practices and procedures.
• Conduct on-site employee training sessions on harassment prevention.
• Handle crisis response situations and assist with risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on client matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing employment law.
• Some background in general litigation is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Certifications:

Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
