A law firm located in Naples, FL, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The firm handles various business disputes, including contract cases, real estate litigation, construction issues, and intellectual property matters such as copyright and trademark disputes.

Duties:

• Draft legal documents including letters, memos, motions, orders, and pleadings.
• Assist lead attorneys in preparation for upcoming hearings.
• Manage case deadlines and case management efficiently.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff for discovery coordination.
• Conduct thorough legal research on a wide range of topics.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of legal experience.
• Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with Clio is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Education:

• Must have graduated from law school with honors (at least cum laude).
• Top 25% of the law school class.

Certifications:

• Must possess a valid Bar license in the state of Florida.

Skills:

• Legal research and writing expertise.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
