Intellectual Property Transactions Attorney, Partner-Level

The candidates with experience in analog and digital circuits, battery energy management, electromechanical systems, and sensors will be regarded highly. Will have the benefit of highly skilled paralegal support plus a full-service team of IP litigators and patent and trademark attorneys with which to collaborate. Should have qualifications: 7+ years of patent law experience with active USPTO registration; Should have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, physics, software or demonstrated equivalent technology experience; Superior knowledge of the law, including familiarity with international patent portfolio strategy and development; Communication skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients, and an ability to work with clients for whom English is not a native language.
