Property Tax Analyst
The candidate will communicate with co-workers by telephone, e-mail, and letter, and be professional in appearance and demeanor. Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax id, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information. Research of commercial real estate. Managing our database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurate. Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data. Providing daily clerical support to departmental personnel as needed. Answering and routing incoming phone calls. Other duties as assigned. A Bachelor's degree - Business degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of office experience. Strong attention to detail is needed. Should have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Solid computer and keyboarding skills are needed. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Should work well with little supervision.
