The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will have 2 years proven success recruiting with an Am Law 100/200 firms and will be assisting the Director of Recruiting with lateral associate hiring. This person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, be proactive in nature, and enjoy the challenges of helping to recruit great talent.
