Duties

• Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy

• Draft and file motions, discovery documents, and other legal pleadings

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal legal teams

• Develop comprehensive legal strategies to effectively resolve disputes

• Prioritize deadlines and manage workload in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience with a focus on construction defect cases

• Proven ability to manage multiple active cases independently

• Strong customer service orientation and client communication skills

• Willingness and ability to meet billable hour requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
