Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Utah licensed attorney for litigation matters in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is initially remote, with plans to transition to an in-person role once a local office is established. The attorney will be supported by a team of professionals and may need to appear in court both virtually and in person.

Duties

• Manage commercial collection litigation cases filed in Utah.
• Appear in court and at depositions as necessary.
• Communicate with clients on case status and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team leads on case management and business development.

Requirements

• Utah bar license.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in litigation within Utah courts.
• Knowledge of creditors' rights and collection law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Utah Bar license.
