Duties

• Handle cases involving breach of warranty and consumer protection law violations.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Manage e-discovery processes effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in class action defense required.
• Experience with California Unfair Competition Law required.
• Proficiency in briefing class certification and summary judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar or New York Bar.
