The ideal candidate will join the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group and should possess a J.D. degree and be a member of the Florida Bar. Duties

• Engage in various types of litigation cases.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in the Florida Bar.
• Three or more years of litigation experience.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Eligibility to practice law in Tennessee preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
