Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters across multiple legal areas, including Business Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law.
• Manage and execute cases from initiation to conclusion.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Provide mentorship to junior attorneys and support their professional growth.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom representation when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for case resolution.
• Maintain a proactive approach to case management and client relations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general litigation.
• Proven ability to handle cases independently from start to finish.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
