Duties: Researching, monitoring, analyzing, and informing the Legal team of changes in applicable employment regulations, statutes, and guidance, as well as industry developments, best practices and trends. Working with outside counsel to address updates in employment regulations, statutes, and guidance, as well as obtaining advice to address employee relations matters. Providing guidance and working directly with Human Resources to develop and update employment policies and templates. Working cross-functionally with Human Resources to provide guidance on employee relations matters. Supporting inquiries and investigations led by the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer. Supporting the Company’s M&A work. Supporting the Company’s general compliance program.
