Duties

• Provide legal advice and representation on a variety of finance-related transactions across the credit spectrum.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on applicable finance laws and regulations.
• Manage and oversee client communications, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant finance legal experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling finance transactions within a law firm or comparable professional setting.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing with a state bar, preferably Texas, or eligibility for reciprocity.
