Duties

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of complex legal issues
• Collaborate with clients to develop creative, solutions-oriented strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• 4-6 years of investment funds and investment management experience
• Substantive experience representing private equity sponsors and agents in transactions
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
