Casualty Associate Attorney

A law firm in Tampa, FL, is actively seeking a skilled Casualty Associate Attorney with at least 4 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the defense of Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and various General Liability cases. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney to contribute their expertise to a dynamic legal team.

Duties:

• Provide legal support in defending Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and General Liability cases.
• Assist in the management of caseloads from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Engage in settlement negotiations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Florida.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and General Liability cases is preferred.
