Job Overview: A leading law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This position is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, especially those with a focus on finance law.

Duties

• Handle a variety of fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice.
• Draft, negotiate, and review finance-related agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex finance transactions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing strategic guidance and updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, preferably within finance law.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.

• Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing finance-related documents.
