The candidate includes assisting clients in the IEP process, attending mediations and client meetings, conducting training, responding to state and federal compliance complaints, and handling administrative due process hearings and federal court litigation. Though the San Diego office is virtual, travel may be required throughout Southern California. Must have strong research, writing, and time-management skills and function proactively and creatively.
