Duties:

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues

• Take and defend depositions

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Interest in developing expertise in complex litigation matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar
