The candidate will be assisting attorneys and accredited representatives in the preparation of court and administrative agency cases. Significant client and third-party contact. Tracking deadlines. Drafting declarations and affidavits. Conducting client and witness interviews. Drafting correspondences and preparing immigration applications under attorney supervision. Answering client correspondence. Maintaining accurate client files. Should have 2+ years of directly relevant experience. Prior experience as immigration legal professional, conducting immigration legal research, or law office experience is needed. Experience as administrative assistant, office manager or other administrative competencies is preferred. Spanish skills are preferred.
