Job Duties:

• Handle matters involving federal government contracts, including bid protests, claims litigation, and compliance counseling.
• Conduct investigations related to the False Claims Act.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on contract compliance matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in litigation.
• Experience in federal government contract matters, including bid protests and False Claims Act investigations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active Bar license in the state.

Skills:

• Strong research and writing skills.
