Duties

• Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters.
• Represent clients in employment litigation cases.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in employment law.
• Experience with restrictive covenant and trade secret matters preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
