• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents such as motions and pleadings.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and court hearings.
• Assist in managing a heavy caseload and ensure timely progress.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation and employment law.
• First-chair trial experience required.
• Strong case management and litigation skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
