Duties:

• Represent financial institutions, IIPs, developers, or sponsors in renewable energy transactions.
• Grow and manage a portable book of business.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on project finance matters.
• Draft and negotiate project finance agreements and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy project finance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of related experience in energy project finance.
• Portable book of business.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-Accredited Law School.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Expertise in project finance within the energy sector.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice.
