A highly regarded Texas-based law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to join its Corpus Christi office. This role is designed for newly licensed or early-career attorneys eager to gain litigation experience in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. The attorney will handle client intake, initial legal analysis, early negotiations, and litigation preparation. This opportunity offers a base salary of $115,000, guaranteed commission, a retention bonus, and full benefits.

Duties

• Conduct intake meetings and evaluate potential personal injury cases

• Analyze legal issues and develop early case strategies

• Review and manage demands and documentation

• Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients

• Oversee case development and transition into litigation

• Maintain consistent client communication throughout the process

• Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of client funds

• Uphold ethical standards and firm guidelines

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience (personal injury experience preferred)

• Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing
