Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery processes and collaborate with experts.
• Litigate matters in federal court.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of law firm experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Experience in federal court litigation preferred.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO is desirable.
• Familiarity with patent prosecution is advantageous.
• Experience with mechanical, electromechanical, software, or electrical inventions preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in immediately.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• USPTO registration preferred.
