Independently manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child and spousal support
Draft legal pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions
Maintain direct client contact throughout the case lifecycle
Strategically develop and execute case plans with minimal supervision
Collaborate with legal staff and peers in a team-focused environment
Minimum of 4 years of family law experience
Open to experienced litigators interested in transitioning to family law
Strong case strategy, litigation, and client management abilities
Demonstrated success in high-pressure, deadline-driven legal environments
Must reside in Washington State for in-person legal obligations
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active and good standing member of the Washington State Bar
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage a complex caseload
High attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Empathy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive family matters
Familiarity with legal practice technologies and remote collaboration tools
Billable Hours: Low requirement (120 billable hours per month)
