Duties

• Handle discovery processes in complex patent litigation cases.
• Draft and review legal briefs and documents.

Requirements

• One to three years of patent litigation experience at a large law firm.
• Admitted to the DC Bar.
• Experience with discovery and briefing in IP law.

Education

• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications

• USPTO registration is a plus.
