Duties

• Work on a variety of capital markets transactions.
• Handle public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
• Manage Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
• Collaborate with public and private companies, investors, and boards of directors.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in capital markets.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Admitted to, and in good standing with, the bar of the state in which they intend to practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of intended practice.
