Duties

• Draft coverage opinions and review claim documents.
• Analyze and assess policy language.
• Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith actions.
• Update and provide a wide range of insurance coverage services.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in coverage matters and litigation.
• Experience with private equity, fiduciary, errors and omissions, D&O, and other professional liability policies.
• Ability to manage litigation from inception to trial.
• Experience with state and federal court proceedings.
• Current NY Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Current NY Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in managing discovery and depositions.
