Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Of Counsel Attorney for its Atlanta, GA office. The attorney will collaborate with the Litigation group to advise and defend employers in various workplace matters, including investigations, administrative charges, and state and federal lawsuits.

Duties

• Independently produce quality work products.
• Defend agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.
• Work as part of a team on larger cases.
• Lead, supervise, and develop associate attorneys.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of experience preferred; employment law experience a plus.
• GA Bar Admission preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage numerous cases simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
