Duties

• Draft general commercial contracts.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating debt finance transaction documents.
• Participate in deal teams from initial documents through closing and post-closing matters.
• Manage and conduct due diligence processes.
• Mentor and develop law students and young attorneys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Strong time management and legal research skills.
• Professional presence and excellent drafting ability.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.

Skills

• Experience with merger and acquisition agreements.
• Knowledge of organizational and commercial contract drafting.
• Familiarity with debt finance transactions.
