The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of experience in probate litigation, with a strong understanding of the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code (MUTC) and Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC). Duties:

• Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including disputes related to wills, trusts, and estates.
• Provide expert legal advice on MUTC/MUPC matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for probate litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Manage case files and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in probate litigation.
• Expertise in Massachusetts trust and probate laws, including MUTC/MUPC.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
• High level of professionalism and client management skills.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.

Skills:
