Duties:

• Collaborate with partners on delegated tasks and assignments.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Draft and review written discovery, including e-discovery.
• Prepare, respond to, and argue motions.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to representing individuals and families in need.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Washington State Bar License (Required)

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
