Employee Experience Coordinator

The candidate will develop, implement and measure the success and effectiveness of various employee engagement strategies and programs across the organization. Manage programs and initiatives such as employee appreciation and recognition events, Employee of the Year, tenure recognition programs, as well as office anniversaries, promotion celebrations, special holiday and other events that will help grow and further develop team work and comradery among our employees. Analyze data from culture surveys, employee focus groups and other experiences to provide meaningful insights and spot trends for firm leadership. Lead and organize an internal employee committee and develop a calendar of employee events that provide meaningful experiences for employees. Develop, write, and disseminate a quarterly employee newsletter. Support marketing and HR teams to ensure the firm’s communications across channels (intranet, website, social, internal, etc.) are current, reflect our brand, culture and values, and continue to be relevant platforms for employees. Serve as a trusted partner and resource for firm leaders, providing support and feedback while building trust and enhancing collaboration across teams. Serve as an internal employee experience ambassador to strengthen our culture, uphold our values, and receive feedback across our ecosystem, sharing as appropriate with leadership to effectuate change. Assist with coordination and facilitation of workgroups and meetings. Assist with planning and execution of committee meetings and firm leadership meetings. Support the planning and coordination of organizational engagement events and activities related to diversity, equity and inclusion, recognition, community, and professional development. Launch internal awards programs. Support training programs for staff. Plan, schedule, coordinate and manage event logistics such as all-hands or town hall meetings, company celebrations, volunteering programs, and other meetups — for the firm and for the community. Create collateral and content for events — invitations, presentations, handouts, flyers, etc.(marketing team will support and assist). Support the firm’s engagement activities such as employee surveys and culture surveys. Gather and analyze data on outcomes and effectiveness of various programs. Plan and implement diversity initiatives and promote cultural awareness programs to improve employee relations and comply with laws and regulations. Collaborate with others to implement initiatives, processes, tools, policies, and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs. Work with marketing and HR leaders to help manage certain communications channels. Must have Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in human relations, employee engagement, community engagement, or similar fields of work. Experience in the legal industry or other professional services firms is a plus. Experience in planning and executing employee committees and events is preferred.
