• Collaborate with client business teams in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of private equity and M&A experience.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior large firm experience with private equity sponsors.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
