Duties

• Advise fund sponsors globally on liquidity transactions.
• Handle continuation funds, recapitalizations, and LP portfolio sales.
• Manage fund-level and GP-level preferred equity investments.
• Provide counsel on investments in firm sponsors.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
• Strong understanding of fund operational matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
