Duties

• Handle business litigation and creditor’s rights matters, including workouts and judicial commercial foreclosures
• Represent clients in New York state, federal, and bankruptcy courts
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Provide strategic advice on creditor’s rights and financial restructuring matters
• Manage case strategy and client communications effectively
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and negotiation strategies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business litigation and creditor’s rights
• Strong experience handling cases in New York state, federal, and bankruptcy courts
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Clerkship experience preferred
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar and experience in New Jersey courts (preferred)

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (preferred)
