Bankruptcy/Insolvency Associate

The candidate should have a minimum of four years of workout, insolvency, and/or bankruptcy-related experience. Through its national insolvency practice, Dinsmore represents Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, debtors, secured lenders, creditors, receivers, committees, and equity sponsors, as well as purchasers of assets from bankruptcy estates. Experience with all phases of bankruptcy cases and proceedings is preferred, including counseling clients with respect to rights and remedies, developing risk management strategies, and litigating adversary proceedings and contested matters in the bankruptcy court. Should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
