Duties

• Manage a sophisticated, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee case progress and interact with clients and co-counsel.
• Conduct and defend depositions, appear in court, and prepare filings.
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys on high-impact cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation associate, preferably in complex or high-stakes matters.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Exceptional research and brief-writing skills.
• Professionalism and confidence in conducting depositions, hearings, and client meetings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
