Requirements

• One to three years of bankruptcy experience or clerkship with a bankruptcy judge.
• Admission or pending admission to The Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to The Florida Bar (or pending).
