Duties

• Engage in white collar criminal defense and government investigations.
• Handle civil and criminal enforcement matters in procurement, health care, securities, and election law.
• Participate in False Claims Act investigations and litigation.
• Conduct Congressional and internal investigations.

Requirements

• Prior district court or appellate court clerkship required.
• Strong academic credentials and professional references.
• DC bar membership strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
