Duties:

• Assist in managing a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence

• Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations

• Handle all phases of discovery, including depositions and document review

• Prepare cases for hearings, arbitrations, and trials

• Interact directly with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and the court

• Contribute to strategic planning and case development

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of relevant litigation experience

• Active license and good standing with the Colorado Bar

• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Strong organizational habits and meticulous attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar (required)
