Duties

• Work on technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
• Handle matters involving radio frequency circuitry and hardware security.
• Engage in communications security, including encryption and decryption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• J.D. and active bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.
• Admission to the USPTO.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

• Active bar admission.
