The candidate will be reporting to the Managing Litigation Attorney. Will be responsible for reviewing files as they are assigned and developing strategies for handling files. Responsible for communicating strategies to clients, preparing and previewing pleadings, and communicating the same with clients. Responsible for preparing and answering discovery requests, motions, and briefs. Responsible for attending hearings, preparing and communicating case status reports, and preparing billing reports. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge of various corporate structures and arrangements and demonstrated ability to review and recommend alternatives essential. Must be Barred in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
